    Step 1
    Begin with your hands flat on the lower abdomen and use your thumb to press it and then slide your hands to waist in a forward and backward motion and make a half circle.
    Step 2
    1. Put Body Profile on large circles and working around the navel in a clockwise direction, using both hands
    2. Continue circling the abdomen and begin to work a little more firmly and using the whole surface of your hands.
    Step 3
    Place both of your hands on either waist side of the body, on each hip, and bring up the waist flesh to abdomen in a forward and backward motion and make a large circle.
    Step 4
    1. Fingertips kneading your waists: Pick up folds of flesh between the fingertips and the thumb from waist.
    2. Kneading your sides: This movement requires you to grab larger areas of flesh by palms from waist side. Then, Pull your hand up and across both right and left side of waist to abdomen.
    Step 5
    Rub /grab your flesh from back of waist and slide/ press firmly to lower abdomen area (below the navel) by fingertips in upper to down motion.
    Step 6
    Begin with your hands flat and slide them gently from abdomen to back of waist and press harder back to belly quickly.

    Self Massage

    Step 1
    Begin with your hands flat and press/slide your belly form top to bottom firmly.
    Step 2
    Stroke clockwise around your abdomen with one hand following the other in a circle, using the whole surface of your hands.
    Step 3
    Then stroke the anti-clockwise direction again.
    Step 4
    Use your fingertips to press those spots harder as indicated by the picture, and slide to bottom gently.
    Step 5
    1. Use your thumb or fingers to press those two spots deeply as indicated by the picture.
    2. Continue to follow your breathing as you press those spots
    Step 6
    Gently squeeze at your waist, lightly pulling the skin
    Step 7
    Massage upwards from your hips to your upper torso.
